Full domain and email report

Every check that fits, run at once: email authentication, blocklists, TLS, security headers, redirects, links, WHOIS and the network behind it. Each result links to its full check.

By using these tools you accept the Terms and the Privacy page.

What the full report checks

The full report runs every zerobounce.ai check that fits what you enter and puts the answers on one page. Use it for a quick health check before a campaign, when you take over a domain, or when mail starts bouncing and you don’t know where to look first.

Checks for each kind of input

  • Domain: 20 checks. Deliverability score, sender requirements, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI and DANE; blacklists, VirusTotal, Google Safe Browsing and disposable-domain lists; TLS, security headers, Core Web Vitals, redirects, tech stack and broken links; the domain analyzer, WHOIS and ASN.
  • Email address: 14 checks. The address comes first, with the email address checker and the data leak check. Then its domain’s authentication (score, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, DANE), reputation (blacklists, VirusTotal, Safe Browsing, disposable lists) and registration (domain analyzer, WHOIS).
  • Link: 12 checks. Redirects, VirusTotal, Google Safe Browsing, security headers, Core Web Vitals, TLS, tech stack, broken links, blacklists, WHOIS, the domain analyzer and ASN.
  • IP address: 4 checks. Blacklists, reverse DNS, ASN and TLS.

How the report is laid out

Results are grouped into email address, email authentication, reputation, website, and domain and network. Above the groups, the report can show Spamhaus intelligence and an AI profile, then “Fix first”: the problems to solve before anything else.

Each card uses the same verdict text as the tool’s own page and links to it, so you can open any check for the full detail and the fix.

Saving and sharing a report

Copy report puts a text version on your clipboard, and Download PDF makes a printable copy with page numbers. The link in the address bar holds what you checked, so opening it runs the report again with fresh results.

For an email address, the live mail-server check runs only when you press Check, not when someone opens a shared link or reloads the page.

When a check can’t run

A domain that doesn’t exist gets one short answer and its WHOIS record instead of a page of failures. A check that can’t reach a server says so; it isn’t shown as a pass.

Questions

What does the full report check?

Everything that fits what you enter. A domain gets 20 checks: deliverability score, Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft sender requirements, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, DANE, blocklists, VirusTotal, Google Safe Browsing, disposable domain, TLS, security headers, Core Web Vitals, redirects, tech stack, broken links, domain analyzer, WHOIS and ASN. An email address gets the email address check and the data leak check first (syntax, mail servers, disposable and role addresses, a live mailbox check when you press Check, and known data leaks) plus 12 checks for its domain, a link gets 12 website and domain checks, and an IP address gets 4: blocklists, reverse DNS, ASN and TLS.

How long does it take?

Every check starts at once, and each card fills in as soon as its own check finishes, so the fast ones appear first; after 3 seconds the summary counts the seconds. Each card has a time limit: a minute, or a minute and a half for the live mailbox check. A check that fails or runs out of time is shown as couldn’t check, with Try again, and is never counted as a pass.

What do the colours and the Fix first list mean?

Each card shows its tool’s own verdict: red failed, amber needs attention, green passed, blue for information and grey couldn’t run. A passed card can still list things to tighten; those are counted separately and collected, with every problem, under Fix first.

Can I share or save a report?

Copy link copies the report’s address (opening it runs the checks again), Copy report copies a plain-text summary, and Download PDF makes a printable PDF (the site makes a limited number a day). For the PDF, the report shown on the page is sent to zerobounce.ai to render it; neither is kept.

Is anything stored?

Results are cached from a few minutes up to 24 hours, with nothing about who asked; checks of links are never cached. zerobounce.ai’s own logs don’t keep what you enter; Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may log page addresses, as the privacy page explains.
