1. Who we are

zerobounce.ai is run by Hertza L.L.C., doing business as ZeroBounce, a Nevada limited liability company with its principal place of business at 10 E. Yanonali St., Santa Barbara, California 93101 (“we”, “us”). Its tools were built by our founder and CEO, Liviu Tanase. They are free: there are no accounts, no fees and no service levels. We try to keep them working, but they may be incomplete, wrong, broken or unavailable, and may change or disappear at any time without notice. ZeroBounce’s paid service is separate and has its own terms.

2. No support

We don’t provide help with the tools, answer questions about results, fix problems or add features on request. For a request about your personal data, see the privacy page.

3. No warranty; use at your own risk

Everything on this site, including every tool, result, report, explanation, download and the API, is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. You use the site, and act on its results, entirely at your own risk. Check results independently before relying on them, especially before you change DNS records, mail settings, certificates or mailing lists.

4. Not advice

Results are general technical information, not legal, security, financial, investment or other professional advice. AI-written explanations can be wrong. The Bitcoin price is for information only. Malware and phishing results: Advisory provided by Google; Google cannot guarantee its lists are complete or free of errors.

5. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our members, managers, employees and affiliates are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive, including lost data, mail, revenue, profit or business, arising from or related to the site, its tools or results, their unavailability or the lack of support, even if we were told such loss was possible. Where the law does not allow liability to be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

6. How you may use it

Use the tools lawfully, and only on domains, servers, links and email addresses you own, run or are allowed to check. Don’t use them to harass, track or expose anyone, to build or clean mailing lists for unsolicited email, to attack or overload any system, or to get around the usage limits. Automated use is allowed only through the free API and MCP server, within their published limits; scraping the pages or automating the web tools is not. We may block any use at any time, without notice. You are responsible for how you use the tools and their results, including any claim that arises from your misuse.

7. Third-party services

Many answers come from third-party services and public records, listed on the privacy page. They have their own terms; their names are used only to say where data comes from, and we are not affiliated with them.

8. ZeroBounce

ZeroBounce is our paid email validation service. Links to it from zerobounce.ai go to our own service and carry a referral code, so we can see that a visit came from here. You never need ZeroBounce, or anything else, to use these tools.

9. Governing law and arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except for claims for injunctive relief related to data or privacy breaches, any claim or dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of zerobounce.ai will be settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures, before one neutral arbitrator, in Las Vegas, Nevada. You may opt out of this arbitration section within 30 days of first using zerobounce.ai by written notice to the address above or to support@zerobounce.net. If the consumer laws where you live give you rights that cannot be waived, these terms do not take those rights away.

10. Changes

We may change these terms at any time; the date at the top shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
